Community Receivership Certification Program

The Community Receivership Certification Program, delivered in partnership with Jones Receiverships, LLC, prepares community organizations, housing advocates, municipal partners, and practitioners to use receivership as a powerful strategy for blight elimination, nuisance abatement, and property stabilization.

Our curriculum is custom-developed and implemented in collaboration with local housing and environmental courts, aligning legal frameworks with practical community-based solutions. Participants gain hands-on knowledge of how receivership works in their jurisdiction – from case identification and filing strategies to court coordination, abatement planning, and property stewardship after intervention.
